The Hydra ESC is our pinnacle swimrun and trail trainer, built to thrive in the aquatic biome in harmony with nature. It’s a pioneering take on amphibious barefootwear, created alongside elite athletes to glide underwater, grip on land, and drain and dry quickly.

Tread depth refers to the thickness of the patterns or "lugs," on the sole. These are purposefully designed to cater to specific surfaces and conditions, providing an ideal combination of traction, grip, and a sense of connection with the ground.
The Swimrun ESC Michelin© outsole is engineered from sticky, durable rubber to give you great support, grip and peace of mind over tough terrains (including slippery ones). The 4mm multi-directional lugs let you brake and change direction with control, making it ideal for any type of swimrun adventure.

Bloom® Foam Insole
The Bloom® Foam insole is made using the sustainable alternative to synthetic and petrochemical EVA foam, derived from algae biomass. This algae can damage our oceans, so harnessing it in our footwear helps clean up the environment.

*The main materials in all our Vegan* products are synthetic and aren’t derived from animals. We don’t (yet) have the transparency we need over the production of all the small components (such as adhesives and dyes) used in these products to ensure they meet vegan best practices. So, whilst we believe the shoes are vegan, we’re not yet able to guarantee it and want to be fully transparent.

Cleaning
Brush off mud and clean with a damp cloth
Drying
Remove insole and dry at room tempreture. Keep out of direct sunlight and avoid putting on a radiator.
Repair Options
Laces and insoles can be replaced.
End of life
Once you can’t repair or don't need them anymore, send us your old Vivos and we’ll make they sure they’re given a second life, or if they’re really well-loved, we'll store them until we launch our recycling solution.
